Radio Command Spam

Well for some minutes on cs5 there are some ppl who are spamming with the radio command sounds and this sucks. anything that can done against that?

@Koyumu: Maybe it is needed that there must be a bigger delay between commands for one single player if possible, otherwise all radio commands sound should be removed but then there must be back on chat again there you see who is spam with commands if this happens on the sounds you didn't see it.
