Server Upgrades - All CS servers upgraded

All of the CS 1.6 servers, and the forums, have been moved onto faster machines.

You should notice much lower latency and less lag when playing. Thank you to everyone who has bought VIP recently and made this possible!

We're working on other things too, so expect to see more new things soon.
