Admin Meeting Outcome 06/04/18

Hello community! We had an admin meeting and the results are as follows:

• ▬ Hyperion's application for our Jail Team has been Extended
  ▬ Slink's application for our Jail Team has been Extended
  
  Good luck to those who got extended!

• ▬ Snap's's trial for the Jail Team has been Accepted

• ▬ [email protected]' decided to leave the team. We thank him for his great effort and dedication!

• ▬ We will be trying to make a "top 10" ranking list for fundays which will display total wins for each fundays.
  
  ▬ We are looking into an optimal solution for the new funday-system regarding how to vote/start a funday. We might also add cash to the fundays once it is all sorted.
  
  ▬ We are looking into adding a new jbshop item, for VIP only. Blackout/powercut. This is under testing and will hopefully be added soon, depending on how the testing goes.
  
  ▬ We have decided that we (Admin team) will be trying to host one event each month, regularly. We also want to give more incentives for people to host and participate in events and might give out Free VIPs as rewards for bigger events.
  
  ▬ We are currently working on a list of weekly challenges for a few servers. We hope they will be up and running soon enough.
  
  ▬ We have created another donation ID (STEAM_0:0:2). When it reaches a certain amount of ndcash, happy-hour will be arranged, will start with a 50k donation from the admin team. More on this later, will create a seperate topic.
  
  ▬ We are still looking into why people are experiencing bugs with LRs not counting. We cannot seem to locate the problem, but we will keep investigating.

- We've also noticed heavy spam in the strikelist section, both in the comment section and in terms of meaningless reports. Spam will be dealt with and punishment will be given out if failing to abide the rules.

Nice admin meeting outcome even if I expected to see slink and hyperion getting accepted. But I also see it as a bit better move to see how far their motivation goes to become a member in the team. You both got the potential to become one so keep that good work up. You can see an extend like a trial without having powers.

As for the additional notes seems all to be great ideas and can't wait to see them get added inside the servers.

@Louay you been a great member mate and I always appreciated your effort in private which was damn much. Thank you for your good work!

In general I would wish and ask you all friendly to try to focus more on having fun together inside the servers. To see that there are so many toxic/harassive guys and troller and rulebreakers is just sad. It will lead in my eyes on a later time to it that all lose their fun and it maybe will end up that the server/s will become more and more empty. I guess you all like to have fun so try to have it with everyone in a cool, funny and chilled way. Greetz Boyzzz and Gurrrlzzz

Good luck for mr Slink, I really guess u deserve it.

@Zero - fortunately, lately, I have seen a lot of feedback from community in the situations u just described, I can clearly see that community cares about the server.
That's obvious we cannot eliminate all the harassment but players react and tell the culprits to stop and calm down, or at least inform a member instead of reacting with anger and even more hatred.
WE are making this server, let's all care about positive vibration

The purpose is obviously to attract more people to buy VIP, and give the current VIP holders an additional feature.

Hyperion, probably (40/100 chance in this meeting), Slink - definitely not.

Alright choices overall but the outcome really has really been inferior to the ones in previous meetings. Can't really expect major changes every meeting.

Blackout/Powercut lol, LGK copycatting much? Well, nothing wrong with it anyways.
