Rephrased, Godfather might send himself, the Janitor or the Framer to do the nightkill. While the Framer (for example) is forced to do the nightkill, his choice of framing XXXX isn't ignored. Means he does two actions 1 night.

I've a few balance ideas for 16....and I would recommend SiX does that. Waiting any longer (it's summer, people are on vacation and stuff) will probably mean afks.

Alright, the game will be rolling. 4 Village PRs' and 8 Vanilla Villagers (12 in total), 3 Mafia members, 1 Serial Killer and 1 Executioner (17 in total).
That makes 17 in total, the number I wanted. I thought it took yet another player to reach 12 villagers.

Last changes:
- You won't know who the "shooter" is any more. Stabber kill will be revealed, but not if it was Vig or Mafia who nightkilled with bullets.
