Pros
You are a great commander, you make diverse and interesting days, using a mix of tried and tested ways of commanding and using other factors to make your days more interesting and engaging for both CT and T teams with is an extreme rarity in commanders now.
You are very active, I know this due to the fact you wont stop bugging me to come on JB no matter what time im on
I know from the talks we have that you have a real desire to make JB better for people rather than just being here and staying here for your own enjoyment, Which is different from some people who apply and the kind of attitude you display when we talk about subjects concerning nD or JB show me that you really want this for the people, and obviously for yourself. I cannot picture you in situations like other applicants where they have simply tried hard for a month or 2, got into the team (or get declined) and then started to not bother. I personally have seen that you have strived to improve yourself from your last application when you were a relative unknown to the server
You stand out in the community, I think normally this is a stupid thing to put because people usually just say applicants stand out because its there friend or they havent paid enough attention to the applicant (or obviously they just dont stand out), So normally this would have no place in my feedback, But the way you stand out makes people pay attention to you, through such things as the energy you bring to the server with your enthusiasm, your singing and normally making things a little less dull on servers, which again is a rarity now.
I think you have earned the appreciation from people that they will listen to you, making it easier for you to control certain situations, more relatable to what people normally say, I think you could control a full room no problem, However I do think you lack complete authority due to your normally easy going nature, But we have both ends of the scale in the jail team, so I suppose that isnt much of a bad thing.
I cannot comment so much on in game as my computer has not been working for a few months but when I do notice to get on I see you treating people fairly and equally and are a fully approchable and easy to talk to guy, It wasnt that hard for me to get to know you and I am glad I did. You may troll here and there but you never victimise people as I have noticed, Or bullied if there is a differance, And in trolling you are never spiteful, Such as trying to make someone feel bad, more like trying to make light of a situation or something along these lines.
Neutrals
Due to your easy going nature and the way you treat certain situations, I think whatever moderation you try to do is either, Not consistent enough (not doing enough of it some cases), Or something that is a bit harder to fix is how people view your moderation, If you spend all your JB days moderating someone just for a joke or to be funny (as in they havent done anything wrong and you are telling them off or whatever), It can sometimes get to the point where people wont be able to distinguish your serious side and your less serious side, Meaning moderation will be less effective since when you are trying to be serious and people dont take you serious, This can be fixed by remaining consistent throughout your application process and being a hardliner
but only when a situation calls for it, you dont want people to dislike you just because you are trying to make a positive impression on the people who want to see moderation from you. And if you get declined, dont let your standards slip, As someone like you has great potential in nD.
Your application is good, But I think you could have buffed it out more, But I told you about this in PM and its not really so important to post here.
Your forum activity could be boosted. However, Some people in this community are guilty of looking at a post number and saying simply that they dont think this number is high enough or whatever, I had this when I applied. What you need to do is not spam every thread you come across, But voice your opinion and views on subjects that matter to you or make a difference to the forums or servers, such as game or map suggestions and things like that. Quality over quantity as they say and you should be fine.
Your rule knowledge is decent, but as with anyone there are some minor technicalities that I feel you may not be aware of but nothing that is ever to frequent or too dramatic or an effect that its of a detrimental effect as to how you will perform as a moderator so il put this as neutral.
Cons
Personally Ive never seen you troll people but what some of these people are saying cannot be ignored, Apparently you are very stubborn and on occasions can cause issues with other people and if fully true this must be changed.
As far as I know you have not made a report but this is not so critical but it would give a good measure as to how you know when someone is taking it too far, Although the outcome of some reports are.. inconsistent, you need to remember that accept or decline people will notice how you judge a situation and that you are genuinely making an effort (Which I am sure you are).
To sum it up, I think personally if you showed a more serious side (and did not troll maliciously as some people say you do) you would make a fantastic member and unlike some others, I would have no problem having you accepted if you work on it. I think you should be a definite
extension at least, because I think you have much more to show, And worse people have got into the team, So good luck and you have my support bud.
