What he eats is really good. Furthermore, it is useful to him. And I do not think he eats junk food.

I know it's good, but it doesn't really feel sustainable or motivating to eat when it doesn't taste well. And junk food is easy to just skip, but you can still eat good food.

East, do you eat like this all the time, or just in short periods?

Just started at the gym today. Was great to get some decent workout. As soon as i left the gym my stomach was empty. So as soon i got home i started cooking some food. I ate potatoes cubes with meat and 3 scrambled eggs. My question is if that amount of food is enough or should i eat more. How many meals should i eat per day? And what does those pills you eat do? And the last question do you use creatin? I'm thinking about using it.

Just a quick question.
Is it normal that the right bicep is a little bit bigger than the left one, you can barley notice but it bothers me, been wankin to much latley :S

Nobody needs to know that. But if you want an answer, try fapping with your left hand and/or get a girlfriend and/or do extra weightlifting with your left hand when working out.

I was wondering what kind of music you like to listen to when you work out.
I like music by 'Rob Bailey & The Hustle Standard'. I normally don't listen to it, but it really helps me when I work out, sometimes just let's me go that extra bit.
So maybe some other suggestions?
