So, since I came back from Amsterdam I have discussed with East to go on a diet and new training plan made specially for me. (Do NOT follow the same plans, as it's made for my size and weight loss) I'm pretty big, so yeah not healthy for everyone to follow.

I'm trying to see how one of East Clubber's plans will work, it's gonna be hard going through but I'll do my best not to disappoint and now that the whole thing is public I'm sure it'll motivate me further. I have psyched myself up for this for quite some time and bought stuff from a lot of shops and went through some things to now be ready.

Main goal: Lose 15 kilos before 3 months (May), if I do not succeed in it my forum name will be "Analdestroyer" for the rest of the year from May on.
I should be able to lose 6-8 kg a month due to my weight. (18-24 kilos out of the 15)

So...

0/15 KG Analdestroyer, achievement!


We'll regulate/tweak my meal and training plan as my body evolves and we see how effective it is and if I lose too little or too much weight during the period!

Week 1:

Diet plan for Tuesday/Friday/Sunday
Meal 1: 450 ml milk mixed with 10 gram protein powder
Meal 2: 550 ml milk mixed with 110 gram kellogs all-bran(cereal) + 2 Fish oil pills (Eskimo 3)
Meal 3: 215 ml Ice Tea, 50 gram almonds and 2 plum tomatoes + 1 Vitamin pill and 2 fish oil pills
Meal 4: 60 gram white rice and 325 gram chicken breast without layers + 1 fish oil pill
Meal 5: 450 gram carrots

Diet plan for Monday/Wednesday/Thursday/Saturday
Meal 1: 450 ml milk
Meal 2: 550 ml milk mixed with 110 gram kellogs all-bran + 2 fish oil pills
Meal 3: 215 ml Ice Tea and 45 gram almonds + 2 fish oil pill and 1 vitamin pill
Meal 4: 70 gram white rice and 345 gram ground beef 3-7% fat + 1 fish oil pill
Meal 5: 400 gram carrots

Training:

Monday:
Grocery day

Tuesday:
Treadmill (30 min)
Warm up by walking/running in controlled speed for 5 minutes
5 minutes with 4,2 km/t
5 minutes with 2,5 km/t
5 minutter with 3,4 km/t
5 minutes with 2,5 km/t
Cooldown with 5 minutes of walking/running in controlled speed for 5 minutes

Crosstrainer
60 minutes of continuing activity.

Wednesday:
Treadmill (30 min)
Warm up by walking/running in controlled speed for 5 minutes
5 minutes with 4,2 km/t
5 minutes with 3,4 km/t
5 minutes with 3,8 km/t
5 minutes with 3 km/t
Cooldown with 5 minutes of walking/running in controlled speed for 5 minutes

Thursday:
Treadmill (30 min)
Warm up by walking/running in controlled speed for 5 minutes
5 minutes with 4,7 km/t
5 minutes with 3,8 km/t
5 minutes with 4,2 km/t
5 minutes with 3,4 km/t
Cool down with 5 minutes of walking/running in controlled speed for 5 minutes

Friday:
Treadmill (30 min)
Warm up by walking/running in controlled speed for 5 minutes
5 minutes with 5,1 km/t
5 minutes with 3,8 km/t
5 minutes with 4,2 km/t
5 minutes with 3,4 km/t
Cool down with 5 minutes of walking/running in controlled speed for 5 minutes

Crosstrainer
60 minutes of continuing activity.

Saturday:
Treadmill (30 min)
Warm up by walking/running in controlled speed for 5 minutes
5 minutes with 5,1 km/t
5 minutes with 3,8 km/t
5 minutes with 4,2 km/t
5 minutes with 3,4 km/t
Cool down with 5 minutes of walking/running in controlled speed for 5 minutes

Sunday:
Crosstrainer
60 minutes of continuing activity.

and why don't do a few weight lifting workouts while losing weight?

Hopefully it will go well.
You will probably feel good after a while, and feel great when it is done.

Try to do your best, try to see some fun with it and try to see the results in front of you.

Suggestion: save it on record. at the end, u got a video showing ur progress / how it all worked out. and u can make advertisement for easty beasty. :p hope nothing will interrupt ur trainingplan! and always carry a safety-banana with u ;)

The whole plan and you meal schedule sounds great. I hope you're motivated enough to get through this!
