My in-game experience level is kinda awesome, playing for around 7 years cs 1.6. Played long time, in the top scene of the Benelux "BelgiumNetherlandsLuxemburg"
After i didnt made it any futher because of my young age i decided to play around on "Fun servers" like knife, jailbreak, speedruns. And sunddenly i had a great time on those servers.

So about my experience about being admin is not that high, i've been admin on a lot of knife servers. "I think that i need to learn this a bit better, but that can improve fast".

I also bought VIP to take a little bit care of some rulebreakers.

Average amount of time on our servers per day :
I really Dont know, sometimes i play 4 towards 6 hours a day. But sometimes i only play 1hour or less, this is cause off my work days

I wanna talk a bit about my hobby's in my life.
First i wanna say to you guys i love playing video games, this is because i have such a great time playing around with other folks and have some awesome time.
The other thing is having some relaxing time with my friends.

What is the most wonderful thing in my life?
Like the most off you guys already know, i'm a chef in a restaurant.
This is my great passion of life to cook something nice with lovely vegetables, meat, fish.
I see this more as a part of my life and a hobby instead off my work. I guess thats the greatest thing around there to be.. to see you're work as a hobby.
It also dosn't mather how long i need to work each day, i work around 12 To 14 hours a day.

Why did i make a 2nd apply
I made a 2nd apply, cuz i really want to be a part of the community "Neondragon".
When i play on the jailbreak server, i love to hang out with the guys there.

I'm going to break a forum rule even though I'm supposed to moderate it myself but fuck it, I got two simple questions which "bothers" me a little and I'd like to get it clear.

Do you only come on the forums to make an application?

Why do you like to get onto peoples nerves so much? Even if you don't succeed you won't stop until you get there?

I honestly don't think much has changed since your last application, I don't think you're member material nor I think you're trying to be lol, I see you rage from time to time when things don't go good for you. You do command quite a bit when you're on the server and a few people like you cos of the way you are and the way you command with your voice but I think it's boring now and your commanding skills are too basic, try step up a bit on that and be more creative.

Don't think I got much more to say, it's pretty clear my vote isn't going to be the one you wished for, simply because I think accepting you into the jail team would bring the requirements/standards down. I wish you good luck.

You really think i try to be funny with my voice, if you know me longer you should know my english is just bad..
I try so hard to talk proper english.. I just don't get it why you take down people this way if you don't know them That good.

• Maturity, you are a nice and funny guy but sometimes you're extremely annoying and you try to get into people's nerves.
• You know the basic rules from my point of view, not sure if you know the more "detailed" ones.

Negative aspects

• Forum activity, is just not good enough. You haven't participated in any discussion and most of your posts are made in presentation topics.
• Authority, I don't think many people respect you, you're that kind of a guy that trolls like to joke around with.
• You don't stand out of the crowd, which basically means that you don't do anything to make people notice you more.
• Your motivation(application), you say you want to be a part of the community and that you love to hang out with the guys out here but member is more than that, members are people who moderate the servers and try their best to make an enjoyable atmosphere in the server where everyone can have a good time.
• Helping out/moderating, I haven't seen you moderating the server or helping anyone.
• Not sure if you can handle a full server, I have doubts if you will be able to moderate a full server without doing the wrong move.
• Reports, I haven't seen a single report from you.


Conclusion

Hey kadaver, as you might see from my post I still think you have a lot of things to fix before becoming a member, I do think you're a cool lad but I don't think it is your time yet. My vote currently is a no but if you work on the things I mentioned above the next few weeks I might change it to a blank/yes.

^ I pretty much second that but want to add that you are a troll. Not one that is always funny, but also one that goes on and on and on and refuses to stop when being told. You are a nice guy, that's for sure but I can't see you become a member until you work on the mentioned points. Good luck!

Conclusion ; We really need some more Jailbreak members to keep the server runs smoothly , there's nothing wrong with your commanding skills for me its a +1.
That doesnt mean if you are a good commander we can use u in our team, we need to see as i said above in neutrals some motivations and moderations of you so i leave my vote BLANK Good luck Kadaver.

For some reason I think you are really funny, however you have some con's. Good luck in the future. It's too soon now tho.

Pros

You are a great commander, you make diverse and interesting days, using a mix of tried and tested ways of commanding and using other factors to make your days more interesting and engaging for both CT and T teams with is an extreme rarity in commanders now.

You are very active, I know this due to the fact you wont stop bugging me to come on JB no matter what time im on

I know from the talks we have that you have a real desire to make JB better for people rather than just being here and staying here for your own enjoyment, Which is different from some people who apply and the kind of attitude you display when we talk about subjects concerning nD or JB show me that you really want this for the people, and obviously for yourself. I cannot picture you in situations like other applicants where they have simply tried hard for a month or 2, got into the team (or get declined) and then started to not bother. I personally have seen that you have strived to improve yourself from your last application when you were a relative unknown to the server

You stand out in the community, I think normally this is a stupid thing to put because people usually just say applicants stand out because its there friend or they havent paid enough attention to the applicant (or obviously they just dont stand out), So normally this would have no place in my feedback, But the way you stand out makes people pay attention to you, through such things as the energy you bring to the server with your enthusiasm, your singing and normally making things a little less dull on servers, which again is a rarity now.

I think you have earned the appreciation from people that they will listen to you, making it easier for you to control certain situations, more relatable to what people normally say, I think you could control a full room no problem, However I do think you lack complete authority due to your normally easy going nature, But we have both ends of the scale in the jail team, so I suppose that isnt much of a bad thing.

I cannot comment so much on in game as my computer has not been working for a few months but when I do notice to get on I see you treating people fairly and equally and are a fully approchable and easy to talk to guy, It wasnt that hard for me to get to know you and I am glad I did. You may troll here and there but you never victimise people as I have noticed, Or bullied if there is a differance, And in trolling you are never spiteful, Such as trying to make someone feel bad, more like trying to make light of a situation or something along these lines.

Due to your easy going nature and the way you treat certain situations, I think whatever moderation you try to do is either, Not consistent enough (not doing enough of it some cases), Or something that is a bit harder to fix is how people view your moderation, If you spend all your JB days moderating someone just for a joke or to be funny (as in they havent done anything wrong and you are telling them off or whatever), It can sometimes get to the point where people wont be able to distinguish your serious side and your less serious side, Meaning moderation will be less effective since when you are trying to be serious and people dont take you serious, This can be fixed by remaining consistent throughout your application process and being a hardliner but only when a situation calls for it, you dont want people to dislike you just because you are trying to make a positive impression on the people who want to see moderation from you. And if you get declined, dont let your standards slip, As someone like you has great potential in nD.

Your application is good, But I think you could have buffed it out more, But I told you about this in PM and its not really so important to post here.

Your forum activity could be boosted. However, Some people in this community are guilty of looking at a post number and saying simply that they dont think this number is high enough or whatever, I had this when I applied. What you need to do is not spam every thread you come across, But voice your opinion and views on subjects that matter to you or make a difference to the forums or servers, such as game or map suggestions and things like that. Quality over quantity as they say and you should be fine.

Your rule knowledge is decent, but as with anyone there are some minor technicalities that I feel you may not be aware of but nothing that is ever to frequent or too dramatic or an effect that its of a detrimental effect as to how you will perform as a moderator so il put this as neutral.

Cons

Personally Ive never seen you troll people but what some of these people are saying cannot be ignored, Apparently you are very stubborn and on occasions can cause issues with other people and if fully true this must be changed.

As far as I know you have not made a report but this is not so critical but it would give a good measure as to how you know when someone is taking it too far, Although the outcome of some reports are.. inconsistent, you need to remember that accept or decline people will notice how you judge a situation and that you are genuinely making an effort (Which I am sure you are).

To sum it up, I think personally if you showed a more serious side (and did not troll maliciously as some people say you do) you would make a fantastic member and unlike some others, I would have no problem having you accepted if you work on it. I think you should be a definite extension at least, because I think you have much more to show, And worse people have got into the team, So good luck and you have my support bud.

* You are active, depends on what days too.
* You are a decent commander and trying to do a lot of games to make people happy.

Neutrals:

* You can troll from times to times, i do not know if this is for the fun or if this is to make people 'mad'.
* I think you know the rules but not all of them. I have seen here and there some things that weren't correctly.
* Your english is decent but also not great.
* I do not know if it is your voice but whenever you command it sounds sometimes.. a bit annoying.

Cons:

* You do not know when to stop, you always want to have the last word. Keep in mind that you are not always correct. Admit it that you can be wrong too.
* You can keep getting onto peoples nerves.. Even when they ask to stop you just keep going, this is a bit of trolling and other stuff together. I do not think this is the right way to act as member. Enough is enough, stop is stop.
* I do think your forum activity is way to bad. I have never really seen you posting at the forums until now?
* i'm pretty unsure if you can handle a full server due the fact that you sometimes just don't care about what happens in the server. I do know you want the best, but it doesn't look like that most of the times due the trolling, getting on peoples nerves and not caring about certain things.
* Didn't saw you helping people whenever they needed help, neither did i saw you moderate. Like i stated above, it could be probly because you don't care about some things.

Conclusion:

Well i think like a few already said didn't you change a lot since your last application. There is still a lot of stuff where you have to work on. I know you try to make the best of it, to make the server happy but there are things that are not good. Try first of all to stop with the troll part and other things. Whenever people need help, help then and start to care more.

For now it is just to soon.. my vote is a no.

- You try hard so much that it's bothering me really much. Stop doing everything you can to succeed and imo, you should spend your time on something else. It's not worth it.
- Lack of respect. I don't think anyone in the server will listen to you, might sound harsh but I just have a feeling they will ignore you.
- Activity on forums, just read at the neutrals.

Imo, based on some playtime on the servers and just your overall activity here. Too early, wait for some time or just don't apply anymore. I can tell, it's a waste of time and all your joy in the servers will be lost. Sorry bud, but i'll have to give you a fat big ass No
