Fixed some spawnpoints on deathrun_cityhotel_v2 that would cause people to die from spawning.

after u changed the ip for the server , it lags each 20 - 30 sec ,ppl noticed it but no one of them reported it

last map plugin doesnt work . map change happens when timeleft is over and not after round ends.

Idk where this should be posted to be honest or if it's even a bug or done on purpose, but the the blocks which were installed on some maps [so that the ct doesn't get advantage like the one on barbie map, and the astro map(almost unlimited life), and the ones like in the countryside map, and in duality near the roller thingy), have disappeared...
