I can't start Steam anymore?

When I start Steam, the logg-in Window appears, when i typ in my name & Password there comes a Error that says:

Service Unavailable - Zero size object

The server is temporarily unable to service your request. Please try again later.

Thats the second day now, and i just reinstalled Steam and it didn't help.
Anybody knows this problem? And how to solve it?
