Hello ZEROGREEN,

as kami stated above you should've been patient before applying for a member position. To make a step like that after an admin told you that you aren't even close to have a chance to get accepted is not really smart. And it shows that you wouldn't be a good addition to any member team in nD. Listening to experienced guys/girls of this community is a thing to learn/know more about all how it is going on in here. You should start with a presentation of yourself which you can do here viewforum.php?f=5
And for sure your behaviour and attitude is an important part too, you will/would be a role model for all newcomers and insulting/harassing is not what we need/want here in nD.
Some suggestions on which you can work on to "maybe" become a member in the future:

- put some effort in your application
- look at accepted applications
- start moderating rulebreakers
- get some reports to show that you would be capable to handle with powers
- take part in discussions in the forum to show your thoughts and interest about nD
- try to help newcomers with the rules or other questions
- get more known within the community
- earn trust and respect

Well,what zero said in your last application was a good explanation to have a chance to be member since you are new and u have only 2 posts which are your ex application and this one more than that as patrick said your id doesn't have any connections to the server that mean u are nonsteamer or u just used a fake ID.
Try to work on the suggestions zero gave,buy Steam version of cs1.6 and boost up your forum activity and try to get known in the community.

as patrick said do u have crackedsteam or something? because it gives u steamid in other servers but not in nD.
to get your id (incase u don't know) > type status in console and copy the one infront of your name.
