Lottery doesn't mean you have to input money. An event or affair whose outcome is or seems to be determined by chance is also called a lottery.

If I would've held this event only once, I would've posted it in the spam section. Since I will hold it every week, I want to prevent guys from spamming this event with not needed stuff to be able to keep track of the given numbers.
