Hello everyone,
Yesterday was the launch of map jb_squares! Its still in beta and under development.
We will do our best to make sure the map is enjoyable for everyone
Please use this topic for any suggestions, bug or anything else about jb_squares map

Cage Area:

Wipeout:
This is a big wipeout race; (Made by wHx)
Note that the rotating blocks can kill you if you block them or crouch on them.

Slide Race:
Slide race
Can be switched to either Teleport or Instant Kill.

Surf and Ladders:

Obstacle Race with underwater part:
You will be healed automatically in the game when you jump to the water.
You should do the underwater as fast as possible to avoid taking damage, there's a place to breathe inside.
The moving blocks can kill you

Clay Pigeon:
Landing on the boosters will not kill you

Clay guns area and shooting area. Guns area can be opened from gunroom

Football Field:

Shooting Range:
First one to hit the moving target wins and gets teleported out. Other people die.
It can be played more than once with 2-4 players.

Team Race:
Can be played as 1v1(2 Players competing) or 2v2(4 Players competing or more.)
Use the buttons on CT-control area to switch between 1v1 or 2v2.

Meet and Greek & Tower Jump:
Terrorists enter the portal, some people will go to the lower part, other people will go to the upper part.
CTs can make the walls invisible or visible, so terrorists can see their teammates on the upper/lower part.
When CT starts the game, you need to meet in the middle with a teammate from the opposite part and wait.

Nade Games:
4 Players nade game: CTs can enable/disable buttons to give nades.
There are winning indicators above each players position, and also if a player hits the target he can see an indicator as well. (In the direction of target)

Pretty good. I only saw two bugs so far.

In clay pigeon, you can die if you land on the last line of blocks on the boosters (or at least on the surf and ladders side booster).
In slide race, boosters turn on and off randomly (People kept saying it's a collision thing).

If colission is disabled , DNJ is bugged , basically u don't get as much speed as normal with colission.

1. map too big, you dont need the large space in the gr/cells area, gr is great just a reduction in size if possible, you dont 12 cells ... make them 9 same size, cage is massive should get reduction on all diamensions, and the dirt towers outside ... remove them all let this area shine ..

now outside, remove that lake in the middle and the nether entrance, make a good looking nether building instead that leads to the nether, too much open space cause fps drop and it would help with map size reduction, the roads can be shortened with clever road making ( im sure your 101 % good for this)
2. for fuck sake remove the clips around the dirt blocks
make it more natural, if you want to put clips just design the area you want with stairs
3. football field, there is a red and blue wood texture i made .. its better if you had blue and red goal, if even you dont want this, the white goal has a different texture under the top
4.fences, the fences in mc are a bit higher than a normal block
id say 40 units or 36
5.some wood block has the wrong top texture(if not all of them ..) make sure your using the 32x32 textures i made .. not blurry as the others
and the glass texture, i can make you a better one
the back door of the cage make it iron bars
rename the map to minecraft or cubes .. squares? :facepalm:

good map for real.
About "Meet and Greek" game it would be much fair to make its area inside a CIRCLE or atleast similar to it (by small squares) better than SQUARE where players get more advantage on corners.

Was asked to post things I've notice that could be worked on

- The clay shooting area really needs to be marked where CT shoot from, the booster are to powerful (my view), and why have a way to get out of the game ?
- The tower jump is to easy.
- The buttons for games are not that easy to find, maybe a sign might help.
- Need a football added. Added - zapt0r
- CT Guns in GR, Only 2 out of the 5 can be used to warn T's. Don''t see the need for auto snipers or shotguns. No SMGS
- !open does not work. (i know Jack is looking into it)
- Nade games are very hard, the one where 4 T's play i've only seen one person make it but he started outside the area to hit it (100 plus try's, multi players). The other one i did don't get at all, maybe a sign to tell people how to win ?
