Forum bug fixes

I've fixed a few things:

The 'Thanks' button (top right of this post, smash it)
Topic attributes (for example in 'Recruitment Corner' where it says Accepted, Extended, Declined next to posts etc.
Smilies (you may need to refresh to get this working, or hold CTRL while clicking refresh, or press CTRL-F5)
Restored all avatars from before the forum upgrade

Is this channels specific?
Cannot thank in Jailbreak channel.
