Well I see indeed that your STEAM ID is permbanned . And also youcef reported u for abuse (harassment) where u clearly harassed.

Hey Lampan, although you can be a friendly and nice guy, I don't really see you as a member.
Your application is quite poor, we don't really get to see why you want to become a member, other than you simply wanting to be a member.

Due to you not expressing these other qualities and including I don't see you command much (doesn't mean you don't do it, I just don't see it very often) I don't really get to see if you know the rules well, or can handle a full server, nor if you can solve situations properly and try to make an agreeable conclusion.
Also, there are issues with your harassment, such as a recent report made on you. That kind of language is absolutely not allowed and a member cannot behave that way, neither can a member applicant.
I suggest waiting at least 2-3 months, trying to work on the points that have been mentioned.
