They are two kids who crash the server everyday same hour (12:15 and 18h30 ) when they get back from school :X , i got SS and of their steam ID's

the person who crashh they server may not be bann but if it ddos it maybe be somethink else you know cs 1.6 is old for updates thats the reason why valve suck at it

@Trash, you can use the disable smilies function, when you write a post look below the post there are a few options one of them says "Disable smilies" for posts like those it's pretty useful.

you forget they can change steam id with steam changer it may me hard to ban them so be smart

Both id's were banned some time ago so i don't see any reason to keep this open anymore.
