You must take this statement at face value because every statement I make is inherently correct.

Re: Werewolf XX: A Simple Game?
This game has had a much lower turnout than expected, so signups have kinda dragged on in the hopes more people would show up.
Sorry about that.
Sorry about that.
Sense? What fun is there in making sense...?
Re: Werewolf XX: A Simple Game?
Some notes about this game (and some notes to throw you off what is in my game):
Doctors may not target the same person two rounds in a row. A doctor save will prevent all kills which would affect the target that round. It does not prevent any other form of death.
Toughness, however, will also prevent a lynch but only prevents one death.
Given that there are not many players, I am going to have it so that you will be told your entire role in your role message, including secondary roles. The only exceptions to this are sanities, which will remain hidden if they are used.
Lovers have a shared toughness.
Lovers win with their team if they are both the same alignment. If they are not the same alignment, they can win individually with their team or together if they are both alive at the end of the game.
Fools do not cause the game to end.
Players will be told if they are roleblocked.
Players will be told if they are redirected but will not be told who they were redirected to.
Players will not be told if they are the target of a busdriver.
Not all of the notes found above are relevant to this game, some are a way to ensure that I do not give away what is in the game.
Due to the low number of players, this game will not be what is expected from one of my normal games. I am not making stupidly complicated rules or roles (although judas miller masons did cross my mind at one point, they did not make it to the game). Instead, it is closer to an old style of cml game. For those who were on TNN, you probably remember at least one of those. For those who were not, it means I am focusing less on tricking you or making confusing roles and more on the interactions between players in setups with one or two unusual elements.
I am not going to lie during this game.
Role distribution is fully random this game.
R0 starts in my next post and will last until I get sent a kill.
R1 will end 9pm GMT Thursday.

Re: Werewolf XX: A Simple Game? (Sending messages now)
Messages sent.
Awaiting a R0 kill.
There are six basic villagers in this game (half of the players, had to round up).
The villager role message is as follows:
You are a villager
This is not an excuse to go inactive. In fact, the villagers should remain even more active in the forum as your votes are the strongest weapon the village has.

Re: Werewolf XX: A Simple Game? R1 ends 9PM GMT Thursday
A gunshot echoes out through the night.
Maki has been shot.
Maki survived.
[log Maki, survived R0 kill due to host]
The next day, Maki calls the people of the village together. He claims that he was shot at during the night but that he managed to escape. He was unable to see who had shot at him, but suspects that they will not have had enough time to escape. The suggestion is made that someone must be responsible for this and that they must be made to pay. As that suggestion gathers support, we enter the first day phase of the game...
(this game is actually speedplay, so it is also the first night phase)
You have until 9pm GMT on Thursday to vote for who you wish to lynch.

Maki has been shot.. I guess we are down on the first lynch lol
You try to give your love away because you cannot bear its radiance, but you cannot separate it from yourself. To understand your fellow humans, you must understand why you give them your love. You must realize that hate is but a crime-ridden subdivision of love. You must reclaim what you never lost. You must take leave of your sanity, and yet be fully responsible for your actions.

Sure. Treat it as if Maki was attacked but was saved by a doctor. There is no effect save for the fact that it is shown that he was attacked - he can still vote as normalNumBle wrote:So wait... can you clarify this please?cml wrote:Host save, not hospitalized.
