Blackjack is when you get Ace + a card valued 10, i.e Ace and Queen in the first draw. If you get 21 after further hits then it's not really Blackjack, you just get a value of 21 on your cards.

Zero times. And blackjack isn't really a player vs. player game as the one who starts has a disadvantage.
