Good suggestion from Shadi, I'll add some more from different genres.

Code Geass - Strategy / Mecha(mecha is like robots controlled by humans)
One Outs - sport
Quanzhi Gaoshou - E-sports
Steins:gate - actual 10/10, the beginning is slow but it ramps up real fast.
Ayyyylmaooooo

Steins gate is rly good I agree, but the humour is hate it or love it I think. Just don’t want him to dive into something that gives him a weird impression.
I only watched little of code geass but I struggled to get into it :/
Idk the other 2

If you want comedy, you can always watch nisekoi!

and if you want some sad shit then watch your lie in april

and if you want to be like what the fuck, then you can watch tokyo ghoul (Recommended : don't watch sequels, they are honestly trash. If you want to know what happens next then read the manga, its better. cuz in the sequels you have literally no idea what is going on like 70% of the time.)

and if you want to get lonely with girls, then you can watch love live

If you’re looking for for a seinen (Anime for an older audience) a little bit different from the superheroes/imaginary worlds scenarios
I suggest Erased.

Genre : Thriller
Plot : Erased follows the Story of Satoru Fujinuma who is a 29 year old aspiring manga artist with the ability to travel backwards in time to prevent terrible things from happening.
Rating : 8,5 / 10

YEP YEP, perfect anime. Erased really is an amazing anime to start off with. it's not a 8.5/10 its a 10/10. Everything about it was just too perfect, the story, the characters, how deep it was, it really just sinks deep in your heart and you are never gonna forget it, and of course don't get me started with the opening.
