Remoce from map cycle -----------------> jail_color_full

Post by Shotex »

ok ill explain now what does this shitty map has,

Games:

-pool
-last man standing
-Cafeteria

areas:
-observation
-cage
-healing room
-line
-vent

restricted areas

-gunroom
-the 1st floor between healing room and cafeteria next to line

Conclusion:
This map does not include many map games, and is hard to command.
i think this map is based/made on/for rebelling.

If more players want to remove this map, reply this topic.

Due to the design of the map and the rebelling possibilities this map proves to be an /extremely/ popular map among those who like to frequent the T team (the majority of players) so I don't see removing this map as a realistic option.

How is the pool and the cafeteria games? lmao
The map layout doesn't matter, a good commander will always find a way to make the rounds more fun with creativity. You don't seem to be one of those, dunno if there's any left either.

No, it's a rebel map.

Well i get why T's love the map coz its obviously easy to rebel but on the other hand...not many players will join CT. Happend the last days 20 vs 3-4 cts and that is just a slaugthery. Maybe some guns should be removed...two shotguns in one small vent is actually a bit much. And the exit of the vent near the gunroom makes it way too hard for the cts to protect the gunroom AND the commander.

This has been up so many times in the past, I don't mind it being on the cycle but can you at least fix the unfair diving board boosts, I've already brought this up multiple times and even sent files with the "fixed" entities on them, still ignored, if CT manages to command a normal day and actually bring them to the pool (as an example) the speed on the boosts varies from 150-600.

The map hasn't got a lot of games that's true , but it's somehow a way to do creative games that aren't map-related. With a good ct team , i've often enjoyed playing colorful like any other map.
As it was mentionned earlier , it's a map that is known for rebelling , and as far as I know , it is really one of the few maps where your chance of getting the rebelling achievements is quiet good (25kills, sick aimer etc..) hence why it should stay in the cycle.

For the bugs, if a mapmaker can take a look at them and fix them or even add a game or two somewhere I don't think it would do any harm.

Sorry it has taken so long to get added.

I just tried to modify the bsp file as you suggested but when changing the map the server crashes.

If you send me a link to the fixed bsp then I'll get it on the server. Pls send it via a forum pm and if I've not replied by Wednesday send another PM.
