Oh, didn't notice I weren't logged in.
It's me, James Petrovich ,who made this ban appliment.

Further: I kicked him, and he kept rejoining, still with the background of me warning him of stopping the namefaking.

James was the guy breaking any rules to give you a bad name?

The issue is that you asked a question about this, you were given an answer about the rules regarding it but you seem to have maybe misunderstood, if this is the case feel free to PM me and I will try explain it differently.

Please don't use your VIP to initiate a kick vote unless they are actually breaking a rule to make you look bad.

He made me look as an idiot, and telling some people things about being VIP which I didn't get screened.

That's why I chose to kick him, and because he kept ignoring what I said to him.

Afterwards, I called an admin

Yes I asked when the line is being crossed
and he namefaked me, which is not allowed, so no matter how you say it, he is breaking the rules, and I think he should get a warning.

Namefaking isn't allowed if you're a member, meaning using the tag when you're not part of the moderating team. Name faking a regular is not an issue unless he gives you a bad reputation by acting in a inappropriate way (harassing, briefing or breaking any other rules.)

Okay, it isn't breaking the rules.

But he actually made me look like an idiot and an asshole.

And i've been told he said bad stuff behind my back, and started swearing.

VALVE_0:4:412642939 - Sgt.james - strike 1 + 96 hours ban
- Namefaking

I think people are forgetting

You are not allowed to use another person's name or a clan's tag that's in any way imitating someone else's without them wanting you to use it.

James made it clear that he doesn't wish for this person to use his name.

Thanks for reporting.
