No sadly i dont have any experience from any other community,
but you have to start one place and i would be glad if that could be at Neondragon.

- Average amount of time on our servers per day :I would say around 1-4 in the week and maybe 1-7 in the weekends.
As for everyone else that really depends on real life. I work 3 days a week, some weeks maybe 4 and that is an afternoon job. So of course that take up some time

- Approximately, when did you start playing on our servers?
I am an old schooler, even though some you might not recognize me. I started in 2009. Have changed my name some times. Even though i started playing in 2009 i didnt join the forums before January 2011.
I stopped playing April 2010 and didnt join again before december same year. Since then i have been sticking around at this community.

- Do you have a working mic?
Yes i do and i use it as well

My real name is Jørgen. I live in Norway in a small town named Harstad. I live here with my mother, father and a dog named Lukas. I am studying "technological industrial production" atm, hoping that one day i might be working in the oil business, making some money To make some money now, i am working at this store named BILTEMA. Scandinavian people might know about it. I also work at this youth club 2 days a week. My hobbies is gaming of course, music. I listen to music the whole time. Football/Soccer is the hobbie that take up most of my time. I used to play football but had to stop after i got injured during a match and was out for almost a year. Now i only have to deal with playing football games, watching football matches, favourite team is Manchester United and playing some football with my friends.

- Motivation for helping to moderate our servers:
I have been here since 2009 and i have seen this community grow. During 2012 there has been a change in this community. Regulars left and new players came in. Mostly "young players".
Kids that don't know the rules, spamming, abusing, freekilling etc. They need someone that can help them out in the servers, explaining the rules for them, taking care of the players who is
only there to provoke and ruin for other people. I want to be the guy who makes their playtime in this community as much fun as possible.

I think that if you step up a bit and show what you are capable of that you can get a spot in the team. I think you are up for it, you have some things to work on but it's not that hard. Admin meeting is in 4 weeks from now, so plenty of time to do so You have my yes. Good luck!
