We will talk to you on discord to verify that you have a mic, understand English and understand the rules. After we're happy you meet these requirements you will be free to join the CT team as you please - providing you abide by the server rules. Non-steamers will be able to update their non-steam/VALVE id from the forums and will not have to have 20 hours to join in future.
