You have to put in your own SteamID. Start Counter-Strike and join a random server. Now bring down the console and type in: "status" (without "). Now search your name. Behind it in the same line there will be something like STEAM_0:X:XXXXXX (with numbers instead of Xs). This is your SteamID you have to enter into the field.

You will have to pay 50€ if you want VIP for one year. It is already much cheaper than if you would buy it twelve times.
