nD is kinda like my Grandma, it's way beyond its experation date, mentally it's reached childhood again and it sometimes soils itself. But it just won't die.

Yeah, I guess the best variant is to build a PC. I usually check the ideas on PC part picker forum or beeping computer.
Btw, I found this on Walmart - OVERPOWERED Gaming Desktop DTW1, 2 Year Warranty, Intel i7-8700, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070, 256GB SSD, 2TB HDD, 16GB RAM, Windows 10.
