Don't you guys find it extremely difficult to constantly eat 'clean' ? I mean, I stay away from fizzy drinks and chocolate etc , but KFC and McDonalds just constantly attracts me ; it helped extremely through my bulking stage, but now that I want to start cutting ; i just can't seem to do it because of bad eating ... does anyone recommend a good way of cutting?

Long time no see. Checked in and wanted to share my progress. 2 1/2 years of hard training. Could've achieved more but I reached a good point and I'm still progressing!

Should've listened more on East Clubber maybe!

A little update from me: Chasing that 175 kg squat.

Here from todays workout 4x4 with 145 kg squat. Bodyweight is 80 kg.
