auto kick cvar 0?

so i just playet and on nd jail afther map changin it get

Kicked by Console: developer cvar not set to 0.
Kicked : developer cvar not set to 0.
Host_EndGame: Server disconne when i play about 40 sec

got problem with your cfg
try to delete the config from cstrike and start the game again

When you are in-game go to the console and type "developer 0".If that doesn't work go to your cstrike folder and delete your config.cfg file.

You don't need to be on the server. It's best to type "developer 0" in console before you join the server. Also you can edit the config.cfg file or userconfig.cfg in your CS folder and find the line which says

Code: Select all

developer "1"

and replace with

Code: Select all

developer "0"

I have also modified the kick message to give a little more information. It now says

"cvar developer not 0. Open console and type developer 0 then rejoin."

hopefully this will make things clearer to those who are being kicked.

Same goes for fps_override 1, as the server is running an fps restriction of 102> fps

You probably have a read only config, so when you change it through the console it isn't saved. Go into your cstrike folder, open config.cfg or userconfig.cfg file developer "1" and change it to developer "0", then you won't have the problem any more.
