After thinking long and hard about detailed feedback like this, we have decided to promote Zero into the admin team. That and Regit was a little lonely being the only German-speaking admin after Mati left. Both of them have been promoted to PR admins and will handle issues related to that, this includes but isn't limited to diffusing community tension, building relations, handling reports, being the public face of the community and boosting communication between admins and the rest of the community.
