We do discuss a whole lot of things.
Usually spend 2-3 hours talking about changes, plugins etc.
The problem by announcing the changes is that everyone expect them to be added within about a week. However, usually it's just dicussion and ideas making and then a few months later they get added, after figuring it all out and so on.
And when they then get added, it's throughout the month, rather than at an admin meeting.
So to do this more properly, we should write down all changes made throughout the month and then mention them in the meeting, but that's a lot of unnecessary work.
