If you're having latency issues (high ping) then run a traceroute and copy the output here

Instructions on how to perform a traceroute
Open the Start menu
Click on Run
Type cmd and then press the OK button to open a command prompt
At the prompt, type tracert cs.neondragon.net and press the Enter key
To copy the output, right-click anywhere in the window and select Mark. You can press Enter to copy all of the output, or select the text you want to copy and then right-click with your mouse. Paste the copied text by hitting CTRL + V.

From what I've read I think that the further away from Scandinavia you live, the higher ping you will have.
You will probably wanna change this network update...

Ok, that was unexpected. For anyone who has higher ping now than they did, please run 'cmd' to get a command prompt, and type in 'tracert cs.neondragon.net'.

Then, please send me a PM containing:
1. A copy/paste of the full output of that command
2. Which of our servers you have noticed a change in your ping on

...and I'll complain to the ISP to try and get your pings lowered again. Thanks.

Getting time-outs on the tracert the whole time, aren't you blocking these kind of pings? (ddos protection maybe?)

Before the First Change, I had 170 at all times in your servers, then after the first Change, my ping came back to normal 113, then after the second change, my ping keeps jumping from 117 to 203 or more (not more than 342).

For short, my ping became good after the first improvement but now after the second one, it got worse than before.
