I think I only saw you once in Jailbreak few days ago, but yet again, I'm not as active as I used to be. However, I played a bit of Deathrun last few weeks, and I don't remember seeing you once? Let alone standing out. Try being more active on the server, moderate when necessary, get your forum activity up aswell, let us know you and see if you have potential . You're young, it's true, but we have (had) young members, so that's not the problem. It's maturity that matters, and I'm not sure of how mature you actually are.. From the way your application looks, and the way you reply here on the forums, I'd say there's still alot to work on, so for now it's a no from me, sorry.

Are you aware of the banning procedure? Did you make any (succesfull) banrequest?

Could you tell us step by step how you would handle people harassing and the actions you'll take?

I don't think you're ready yet. It would be smart to check the accepted applications to see what the admins are looking for.
