The first season seems to follow the main story of the book, but I am disappointed with the second season which has many secondary stories and does not follow the second book as good as they did with the first one. Hope they make a good third season.
yep i was thinking the same , the first season was almost word for word from the book , the second season seems to be adding new plots and missing key people , i cant belive that Meera and Jojen Reed have not yet been shown at winterfell helping bran and rickon , i presume they will join the show at some point but they must be going in a totally different direction from the books , same as the "house of the undieing" and the missing dragons , gods knows what plot they are going with here , but i think the end story line will end up the same
All I've heard is that the books are really hard to go through.
yeah they are hard to get into reading , i dont read many books so i found it hard at first , i re-watched season 1 while reading the first book , red a few chaptors then watched an episode after doing that a few times i was hooked , the books are worth the effect as they are very good
