Topic: /freerun abused

It all started off in the great adventures map, deathrun_barbie, when a player by the name "jasss" started off a terrorist. 30 seconds later he activates the command /freerun. Minutes later, I finally complete the obstacles and I rush to kill that guy, and he has a tmp, I went into spectator flying mode, and saw the tmp was gone, he must of abused the command /freerun how dare he! any way I'm sorry for making it dramatic.

I thought of adding an /freerun timer activation, but than [email protected], said what about the people who are afk and come back? So, can we think of another idea?

It barely happens and this is the first time I hear of someone doing that.
Just try to call a member or gather proof and report him for it. It's definitely punishable if it continues.

I don't think there is any need for a timer or changes to the server as it is right now. We should have other priorities.

so someone should add something prevents starting /freerun when someone already has a gun.

Yes you are right, alot of people abuse it.


It's very simple, you just have to take any weapon, then basically do /freerun like nothing happened.

I suggest admins make the /freerun mode in first 10secs, not later

Starting freerun in the first 10sec Or 15sec Is enough.

your idea is good but some times Ts went afk and when they come back they active /freerun directly to avoid being killed, but this still a solution.

it isn't really abuse since there's a tmp for the t's for some reason in deathrun_barbie, but i do agree with the whole abusing /freerun thing.

Agree with this, i think it would be nice to have a maximum of 20 seconds not 10, because t's can be afk for some seconds and 10 seconds might be kinda short.

Also wanna point out that we should be able to use /freerun whenever we want and not having to wait extra rounds, that would be nice.

Okay, I do not agree, with the timer activation because I’m afk sometimes, and when I do come, I use the command /freerun. In order to prevent that from happening, is it possible, when the command /freerun is activated, and the player has a gun, everyone in the server has to force drop, even if they don’t have anything.

For example
Terroirst has a gun, activated/freerun
Server thinks the terrorist activated /freerun
Than the server will force drop anything the players own (this is why because, you can’t drop your knife)
