This picture is 4 months old and was taken in the midst of my running programme, with the goal to run 2,4 km in 9 minutes, so focus on bodybuilding has been off for some time. The weight in that picture was around 76 kg.
At the time the picture was taken I had gotten myself a Runners Knee, so I had to cancel the programme and let the legs rest completely.
I found myself a new hobby: Climbing. Didn't lift a single weight in a period of 2 months where the only exercising I did was bouldering and climbing vertical walls.
3 weeks ago I initated the running programme once again with a healed knee, but this time modified it so I won't run into any more knee problems. So to sum it up, bodybuilding hasn't been focused on for a good 4-5+ months.
When I'm done with the running programme in 6 weeks I'll put up a new picture.
