There is a command built into CS that lets players vote through console to kick teammates. The standard ratio of players who have to do this is 66 %. It's set to 100 % on most of our servers and I've now set it to 100 % on Roadrage, Deathmatch and ZM respawn, too.

Should happen automatically now.

Seems to have just lost interest in CS/nD. I've looked his up his e-mail address in facebook and his last post there (i could see) was in june. So he came back alive from that vacation.

His Steam Account is set to private, not sure if he's still online once in a while. You could try adding him.

Muting with /mute should work immediately. The only thing I can imagine is that maybe it only works on new voice transmits. So as long as a player is holding the mic button, you can still hear him. It's only a guess though.

I've never looked much into CS:GO plugins. But in CS 1.6 we mostly use AMX Mod X for plugins. Something similar exists for Source Games (such as CS:GO): SourceMod. If you haven't already, you could take a look into that.

The mapinfo plugin didn't work (always said no mapinfo was available), so you could probably start HnS on all maps. It should be fixed now.

The plugin is running on JB already for a while. I can see how this can easily be a problem on rr, too. So I've added it now.
