And also I had this problem before I installed the adblocker, because ever since I reset my windows, I've been getting a pop up every like 2-3 topics I click on. But still the adblocker didn't stop these popups so I just uninstalled it. Sounds like adware then. And other spyware. Maybe reinstalling...

What extensions do you have installed? Anything that disables JavaScript, like NoScript? If you use an adblocker, have you tried temporarily disabling it?

Sounds like it's either a driver problem or your audio jack is just damaged. Did it just randomly start appearing? Or is it a new laptop and it was like this right from the beginning? Does your laptop have speakers and do they sound fine?
